Dear Diptera-reader, This fly I found in the south-east of Amsterdam on a rainy day 27th of August. Is this fly Rhagio scolopaceus?, female? regards, Robert Heemskerk |

I think, yes, it is Rhagoi. But I don't think it is R.scolopaceus (not august, not as clear wings).

It's got almost clear wings (I see some tiny dark spots..) and a little yello(stripe) in the fore-wing. Yellowish legs. Is that specific for Rhagio tringarius? regards, Robert, Edited by Robert Heemskerk on 30-11-2005 00:07 |
