I knocked this fly out of a juniper bush, on the coast of Vestfold, Norway on 23 August. Only 4 mm.

Hi Morten, I consider if it could be Paykullia maculata. The wing venation looks a bit weird as the bend of m seems to be asymmetrically.

I agree with Eric. It is a bt weird, aberrations do occur though.
And head profile indicates Paykullia.
