I so far did not attempt to ID my Viennese 'housewall-pets' to species level - and even if no species ID possible right now, I'd be interested to know whether these (female and male) are actually different species and whether the extent of the yellow on the legs (yellow knees in the female) and other visible features could considerably reduce the list of probable species, so that I can look further into specific features. Size: tiny (Drosophila-like) Cheers, Lorin Font Color All requests are from the urban area of Vienna, if not otherwise stated. My Diptera observations (and other living forms) can be found here, and corrections or comments over there would also be appreciated. |
