Could this be a Muscidae caught on the sticky trap? Maybe Helina sexmaculata?

Picture taken in May in Potsdam, Germany. Size is approximately 8mm. The legs on the right corner come from another insect.

Yes, it is Muscidae, and looks like Helina (but I would leave it there)
