Hi Andre. Difficult to say from one picture. Probably male of Chrysops nigripes,a species restricted to the northernmost Holarctic, in Europe only in Scandinavia and northernmost Russia. More pictures and voucher specimens are welcomed :-) Libor Dvorak |
