Hi,
this Psychodidae is perhaps a Philosepedon sp. on the basis of wing veins. When we look the right wing veins, it appears that the fork elevation is not the same for the two forks, whereas in Pneumia the fork elevations are approximately the same. The wing veins aspect is it sufficient or not to characterize the the Philosepedon genus ? Thanks for your response. Regards, Jean-Michel Garel.

Yes Philosepdon for sure. It could be P.humeralis, but this could turn out to be a species complex.
