Is it possible to identify the genus of this fly ?

Can even tell you the species: Hypocera mordellaria. Can you submit these images for the Gallery? Especially the third image is very useful, clearly showing the transverse rows of setae on the hind tibia. First and second image show the redial vein is not forked. Together sufficient for species ID.
