Hello together,
i take the picture of these fly in 18 June 2010 Kokkola / Finland.
It is about 21 mm long. I search the name.

Tipulidae are difficult, especially females as yours. I suppose your fly is related to the group discussed in thread http://www.dipter...ad_id=9002. Chen Young is the only expert we have.

I'd say T.irrorata but rather to be confirmed by the expert
