Can anyone help with the identification of the fly in the attached image - is it Tephritis hyoscyami? Came to a light trap in my garden in Leicestershire, England on 29th August.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
