Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, at a wall of earth grown over with bushes (like hazel, broom, wild roses, maple) and over all old oaks; Outsidephotos: kuv, 20th of July 2015. To me especially the wings look like the picture in the Diptera Gallery of Symplecta hybrida. Is my idea ok? Please help to get the ID.

It is Symplecta. I don't know how to distinguish European species.
