Sarcophagidae, Brachicoma devia? -> possible Sarcophaga dissimilis

Is this Brachicoma devia? It was noticeably smaller than the common Sarcophaga sp. flies that I see at this site. Seen on 09/06/2021 in the margin of a commercial strawberry field in Kent, UK.

Most small black Sarcophagidae like this that I catch here in Reading turn out to be Sarcophaga dissimilis.

Oh ok, thanks! I didn't realise there were Sarcophaga species that could be that dark.

could this fly be the same species? There were several of them on the wing yesterday near a small brook (northwest Germany). They were only about 5 mm in size and seemed to be much darker than other Sarcophagas.
