Ephydridae ID from Hungary!

Hi guys! Can you help me what kind of fly is this on the picture?
I found it near Budapest, Hungary next to a dead water on silver berry leaf a week ago. It was around 3-4mm.

Here is the pic.:

Face protruding and setulose, 5 dc setae on scutum, 2 lateral fronto-orbital setae.
abdomen not shining and each tergite with posterior light band, face golden-brownish - Paracoenia fumosa. Flies are common on decaying sustrates near water, since early spring till late autumn, larvae develop inside floating algal mats and in decaying substrates in water. Smile
