Hello,

is it possible to identify this fly? Is it Lipoptena cervi?. Founded 25th October 2011 in Germany, North Bavaria, Rhön, on homo sapiens. Size may be 5 mm.

Most likely. There is another Lipoptena, but I do not know if it occurs in Bavaria.

Yes, it does, but date clearly indicates cervi.
