I cannot see enough details to be certain at all, but perhaps Scaptodorsophila rufifrons?

The fly seems to me Hirtodrosophila cameraria (carina apparently not bulbous, mesonotum more shining than in European Scaptodrosophila). However, darkening of posterior femora and slight darkening of posterior crossvein are intriguing... |
