This flies was about 4-5 mm. On rocks near sea shore.Is it possible to get at least genus?

I dont know for sure that it is same fly on this pictures. But they were close togeter.

Looks like Lasiomma sp. female
Female of Lasiomma are difficult to separate and very confusing....

I'd say it is Fucellia tigrina, male

In Sweden we have maritima, signata, fucorum, tergina and griseola. Which one could this be?

Good correction Nikita...Fucellia!
I think you mean tergina instead of tigrina..
But i see a av seta on midtibia, so would be F.fucorum and tibia seems also all black
