Might be Ctenosciara hyalipennis, but it's a big might be...I just can't see enough of the genitalia.

Thanks Phil. Are the genitalia details likely to be visible on a more lateral shot? I don't have one but if I see it again I could attempt one.

No - dorsoventral is best.
