Crumomyia roserii?

According to Pitkin (1988) it seems to be C. roserii. Could it be the correct species? I will try and get a better picture on it ... |

A detailed picture with shining anepisternum (just a stripe of dust in upper part) and katepisternum - and dusted anepimeron (and it has yellow tibia).
