Hard to tell, does the mid tibia have two av & three pv setae between 1/2 and 4/5 as that's pretty definitive for C. nitida? The twisted hairs on the top of the katepisternum are another but are surprisingly difficult to see in some specimens.

I can't see these setae in my photos and don't think they are there. Twisted hairs, I see 2 hairs that seem to go toward each other but twisted? I don't see another Crumomyia on this website that looks like this. I'll try to key it out. Do you have any idea what else it could be. Thanks for your help.

If the anepisternum is completely pruinose look at C. nigra, that's a bigger species too.
