This was seen last week at Rye Harbour. Sorry about the poor quality of the images. While I know it is usually not possible to be sure from a photo, this looks a lot like A. rusticus to me (dark femora, what looks like four stripes on the abdomen and perhaps hairless eyes, though this latter may be wishful thinking)
