Let us go on our investigation as follows: 1. It is Anthomyiid. 2. There are no Fucellia with such wing pattern. 3. In Europe there are very few Anthomyiid with wide frons in male: Botanophila moriens, some Chiastocheta, some Chirosia. 4. But the best candidate seems to me Alliopsis albipennis Ringdahla because this fly is really albipennis.
