Hi guys,

I photographed this insect in France in Essonne and I have the impression that it corresponds to Sapromyzosoma

I have the impression that the ocellar bristles are outside the ocellar triangle
but this one has six black dots on the abdomen and I can not see to what species it belongs

could you first tell me if it is a Sapromyzosoma, and if yes if we can go to the species ?

specimen size: 5 mm

Sapromyzosoma laevatrispina, a Sapromyzosoma in which six abdominal spots are very frequent, especially in females.
