Hi.

This fly, size 10mm, is from 08. May 2015. Came to light in my garden (Stuttgart, southwest-Germany).
Tetanocera arrogans (Sciomyzidae)?

Yes, pic2 confirms this (1 preapical pd on hind femur at level of preapical ad).
