Found on a rose bush in Ipswich, Suffolk on 12-June-2014. Please help with identification.

I thought maybe Homoneura, but I can't see any av comb-like spinules on the front femur, just a darker area...

Sapromyza halidayi. You can make out the characteristic shape of the fmale genitalia in de fourth image. The darkened tip of the fore femur is also indicative of that species.

The dark markings on the fore femur should give this species away
