Hello I found these little flys in copula on 28. May 2013 in woods (Stuttgart, Germany), sat at a tree-trunk. Size about 5mm. Sciomyzidae? I think you will find if you look in the Clusiidae family. A male with such remarkable antennae is easy to find.
