Hi,
On a fallen cut tree I saw many of these small reddish Drosophilids. In the gallery I found the quite matching Chymomyza, however, I would be very grateful for a confirmation or a better idea.
Many thanks, Sundew

Some more pics (it was evening and this part of the tree was in the shadow).

Among the reddish ones there were also darker ones that seemed to communicate with the others (trying to mate). So is this sexual dimorphism or another species?

All Chymomyza, at least two species. Don't have my key here, though.

Fine, thanks! If you have your key at hand sometime it would be great to get closer to a species group or even species. But there's no hurry.

First one with milky white wing tip: Chymomyza fuscimana.
Second one Chymomyza cf. caudatula.
