I keyed this out to be Psilopa nigritella. The first time I see a Psilopa, which is not nitidula. Can the ID be confirmed?

It could be Psilopa polita.

The distinguising feature between nigitella and polita is in the face, which is not visble Sad As polita is more common, it is much more likely.
