I would ID it as N. schineri (despite the not red 2nd segment of antennae)

Thank you Reinoud! Here is a couple of close-ups of the head, it seems that the second antennae segment is not black but indeed more brownish-reddish. Neomochtherus schineri is not among the species included in the key I used probably because the key is from Germany and according to Fauna Europeae, it seems to be a more southern species. What would be the criteria to ID this species? Could you also make some pictures of the genitalia? The yellow legs, the white mystax (beard), the black belly and now also the brownish second segment of the antennae would point at N. schineri. The species is known from Spain, France, Italy, Austria and Slovakia. I know not much about habitat or ecology

These are the only decent views I have of the genitalia (I released free the fly long time ago), unfortunately I do not have a decent lateral view, I hope it will be sufficient. A bit difficult, a lateral view would have been welcome. Still, pretty sure that this is N. schineri. You couldn't find it with the German key for it is not in there.
