Two small flies for ID

Two small flies- first 2.5mm body length 2nd 2.2mm body length both taken recently South coast UK. Suspect #2 is another hybotidid fly ? Any ideas ? Thanks Brian V. |

#1 (with the long hair on the head) probably belongs to family Phoridae. |

Second fly is not a Brachycera, so can not be Hybotidae. It is a Nematocera, but I can not tell you the family with certainty.
