Body 3,5 mm. Is it possible to tell genus and spieces of this male?

Exechia, but only the second image (and the genitalia) are male, the other images are females. Not enough detail to say which species with any certainty.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
