Black Drosophila?

Hello!

Because there were so many Sphaeroceridae at the house yesterday (Ostwestfalen/Germany), I first thought this 2 mm fly belonged to them. But now I think it is a Drosophilid. Maybe Drosophila obscura group?

Many thanks! Today it was a little bit sunny and 12 ?C warm, and the were "dancing" and mating in great numbers at the bananas in the garden.
