Small fly indoors today March 14th. 1,9 mm. Telemark, Norway. Family?

As far as I know, the posterior crossvein of Ephydridae is not so close to the base of wing. Thus it is perhaps an agromyzid, either I cannot exclude Carnidae. Unfortunately the head chaetotaxy is not well readable.

I like Carnidae better. It goes to Meoneura in the North American key.

The dark frons with yellow or orange front edge is fairly common in Meoneura.
