Thanks a lot, Eric, for your ID help! I'm sure that this is an expert answer ;-). Thank you also for the link to the cranfly-website. For L. nubeculosa the third dark band on the femora is missing, but that looks much better for L. hercegovinae. I attach another picture, where the details of wing pattern is more clearly visible.
