My first impression was cruentata, but yours has black palps.

Guys, the basal humërals are on a straight line.
And it is not Phryxe, Huebneria, Nilea, Phebellia ...
If there are 4 sternopleurals, Tlephusa cicncinna is a condidate.

I need to check my collection.
