9 May 2020: fly on a garlic mustard leaf; size about 10 mm; pictures taken southeast of Hamburg, Germany, in the 'Kirchwerder Wiesen' nature reserve; area with large meadows and some trees, not so far away from the river Elbe; Cylindromyia species?

Hello Volker,

neither Cylindromyia, nor this fly belongs to the Syrphidae, so wrong subforum.

I think, it is a Cordilura sp. (Scathophagidae).

Because I'm new, I posted this thread in the wrong forum. How can I move it away from Syrphidae to the right forum?
