Hi Paul, from what I see it's not a Tachina fera and it looks more like a Peleteria. A guess: P. meridionalis - based on the pattern of the abdomen? Greetings, Eric |

It is difficult to see, but the tibiae are reddish. And the Peleteria brislte would just have been visible, I guess. I am thinking male Tachina nupta. Theo |
