I guess this is Ephydridae, Psilopa - only this one photo, and I guess a species ID by visible characters is not possible, but based on habitat (park in an urban area) I guess P. nitidula is the most likely option. Vienna, June 2020

Leg colour is OK for nitidula, but antennae are a bit dark. Not sure.
