 Hello,

I found this fly on May 18, 2012 on the wall of our house (Furth im Wald, Bayerischer Wald, Germany).
A friend told me the family Rhinophoridae. Is it possible to determine the it more precisely?

 Male Melanophora roralis. They are very fond indeed of vertical rocks and walls (and windows, for that matter).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
