Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Neu-Lankau near Mölln, right by the Elbe-Lübeck-Canel, at a plant of Lycopus europaeus, Outsidephotos kuv, 9th of July 2019. Sorry, no idea .... Please help to get the ID.
