Hello, I photographed this fly in Campo Imperatore (AQ), Italy, 1600m a.s.l. on June 25th 2020. I think it is an Urophora, but is it possible to identify the species from these photos? Since this is a male, I can only suspect from its black femora and its host plant that it could be Urophora terebrans Loew, which can occur on the lower altitudes of the Alps.
