Is it possible to identify the family/genus of this fly by such foto? Transcarpathion region of Ukraine, August. It flew on the light in the night.

Probably a Muscid fly - near Graphomya cf. maculata, but wait for an expert...

Hi, yes a male Graphomya maculata (not an expert but I've found many in my garden).
