Hi, I have photographed this fly today 20km west of Paris in a deciduous forest. Length about 7mm. I think this could be a Mycetophilidae, correct? Is it possible to go to the genus? Thanks for your comments, FRV FRV attached the following image: [187.63Kb] |

Yes, Mucetophilidae. The pictures arre too close-up to be certain but it might well be a Boletina.
