(Can't place the species, looks like rustica-group but without discal setae, which is uncommon (but not impossible) in rustica-group).

What is rustica group? This seems to have 3 postsutural dc, that narrows the choice to rustica, cuneata, mimula, tubulosa and nympharum. Are threse the species within this group?

I assume this is a male.

Correct.
If you can see that there are only 3 post DC, it is rustica-group indeed.
They can be identified by the male genitalia only.
This is a female.
