This Cylindromyia was photographed on a Calluna heathland in eastern Niedersachsen, Germany. The key is great, but not suitable for picctures. This is the male of C. brassicaria, which had a strong influx from the south in 2019 and again (or it stayed ?) in 2020. Theo |
