Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, walking path along the rivulet Düpenau, at a small branch of Salix sp., 30th of May 2020, Photos: kuv. Sorry, no idea .... Please help to get the ID.

Looks like a soft scale (Hemiptera, Coccidae) to me.

Now with your "entry" I looked at the WWW and found for Europe "Parthenolecanium corni" sitting also at Salix sp..
