Heleomyzidae is correct. These are often tough to identify to genus level from photographsSad

Kahis is right about it being difficult to identify upto genus level from a photograph. Maybe someone can tell more about it when considering the date Nikita has found this fly. I know that species of the genus Neoleria for example are found in the "winter period".

I think, the same Heleomyzidae, same 15 nov, distance between two places about 20 km. Same white face. May it helps?
