Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, walking path along the rivulet Düpenau, at a leaf of Rhamnus frangula, 6th of June 2020, Photos: kuv. Is my idea – after checking the Diptera Gallery and Diptera threads – ok?. Please help to get the ID.

I cannot make out any setae on the base of R4+5 so it might be intermedia...

Sorry, but I have no better shots of base of R4+5. So I'll write Peplomyza cf. intermedia.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
