I also thought this could be T. nigripes, but I noticed that palpus were black - so I was unsure..

Now you mention it, that is a bit weird.
This is without any doubt Thelaira and it is not solivaga.

So we need to check for the very rare leucozona...

Hmm - T. leucozona suppose to have completely white calyptra - this is all a little yellow at the edge ...or is it the shadow..

Right. It is not leucozona either, for several reasons

So I am afraid, it is simply a female nigripes with dark palps .
