 I'm looking for a pdf or DjVu-file of Ferrar, 1987: A Guide to the Breeding Habits and Immature Stages of Diptera Cyclorrhapha (both volumes). Maybe someone could help me to get the file?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
