Hi,
Here's another fly from the village near the Baltic coast. The wing venation recalls Muscidae, so might it be something like Thricops?
The photo was taken last week.

Paul is right Grin
Heleomyzid species which belongs to Tephrochlamys Loew.
Probably to T. tarsalis if the face is dark in colour.
