Pierre Duhem : France : Luxey : 40430 : 29/08/2020
Altitude : 99 m - Taille : 15 mm env.

Till now, this should be a Tolmerus.
But which species?
T. cinguilatus? T. atricapilus?
Thanks in advance.

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol

Yes, dipterologists from far abroad, please buy your copy at veldshop. Stamps will be expensive, but he, the book is unreasonably cheap Smile
